Saquib Nachan was convicted for his involvement in three bomb blasts that occurred in Mumbai in 2002 and 2003. The charges against him included involvement in the blasts at Mumbai Central, Vile Parle, and Mulund station. Nachan was charged under various sections of the Prevention of Terrorism Act (POTA) and the Indian Penal Code.
